Registration & Tickets

How do I register for the event?

Simply go to the “Register” page, fill in your name, email, choose your ticket type, and submit the form. A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox.

We offer Standard Pass, VIP Pass, and Student Pass. Each comes with different access levels, which are detailed on the “Ticket Pricing” page.

Yes, we offer group registrations for companies and organizations. Please contact our support team for bulk registration options and discounts.

You can update your information by contacting us through the form on the “Contact” page. Please include your registration ID.

Tickets are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your ticket to someone else by notifying us at least 72 hours before the event.

Where is the conference held?

The conference will take place at Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo), located at KLLG st, No.99, Pku City, ID 28289. Details and a location map are available on the “Venue Info” page.

Yes, both on-site and nearby parking facilities are available. Early arrival is recommended to secure a spot.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi will be provided throughout the venue for all attendees.

Absolutely. The venue is fully ADA-compliant and accessible. Please contact us in advance if you require special assistance.
